Jose Jebb

I have been a member of the Tauranga Society of Artists for at least 9 years and this is my second stretch on the committee being the current programme organizer for the Society. I enjoy being a member of this group of talented and supportive artists. My involvement with the Society started by joining the Tuesday evening group, this was ideal when I worked full time. Nowadays I am able to participate in the monthly Drawing Group and the fortnightly Life Drawing sessions. I had done very little art since leaving school and with no formal art training the Society has rekindled my love of art, especially watercolour and pencil drawing. The Society fosters fine art skills as well as allowing you space to develop your own style.
